Founded and creatively led by Elfida Artinoff, the atelier is known for combining traditional couture craftsmanship with dramatic, contemporary designs. Its upcoming presentation at Milan Fashion Days marks another step in the designer's growing international presence and offers an opportunity to introduce audiences to the evolving vision behind her work.
A Heritage of Craft: The Roots Behind the Runway
Artinoff's approach to couture is deeply connected to her family background and her own Armenian-Lebanese heritage. Her mother, Sima Artinoff, is an atelier-trained couturier from Lebanon whose mastery of traditional couture technique remains a defining influence on the house. Her father, Karekine, brought a complementary expertise as a connoisseur of antiquities and fine jewelry, with deep knowledge of high-end watches and antique clocks.
These early influences helped shape Artinoff's appreciation for precise craftsmanship, historical design, and intricate detail. She later studied Arts and Sciences at New York University and continued her higher education at the New York Institute of Technology.

The journey began with the SS25 collection on September 29, 2024, when the atelier made its Paris Fashion Week debut in collaboration with Paris Fashion Air, held at the historic Maison de l'Amérique Latine.
